• All cars in mix Container will be cleared by Noor Marine Cargo LLC and consignee will be Noor Used Cars TR LLC.
• Customers have 10 days free parking at Noor Marine Cargo yard Sharjah otherwise it will charge 50 AED Per day.
• The MOFA will collect, through its own systems, a fixed service fee of $45.00 for attestation fee of each commercial Invoice of imported goods.
• Exit papers must be submitted within 75 days otherwise Noor Marine Cargo will charge 5% Vat and 5% Duty.
• Tax and Duty will return to the customer when Noor Marine Cargo receives from Customs.
• As per UAE Rules & Regulations Local Cars will be charged 5% VAT & 5% Duty on the Purchase price of the Car.
• Noor Marine Cargo is not responsible for any type of inspection in USA and UAE customs Purchase price of the Car.
• Noor Marine Cargo is not responsible for auctioning photos (NMC has yard pictures and is responsible for their pictures).
• Vehicles condition should be checked and compared with Auction Photos as soon as your vehicle reaches to Noor Marine Cargo yard if you fnd any discrepancies, customer has to report it to NMC within 2 days for further investigation and check.
• Noor Marine Cargo will not be liable for any missing (Keys, CD player, Navigation & Catalytic converter and ETC.) or for any damage after it arrives at the destination which is already mentioned in condition report.
• Noor Marine Cargo need 3 business days to pick up vehicles after the vehicle paid in auction, Storage after 3 business working days will be on Noor Marine Cargo Noor Marine Cargo is not responsible for Hard Location Auction storage fee.
• USA Yard storage 30 days free, after that there will be $5 per days storage charges.
• Bill of Sale (BOS) / SCRAP / JUNK TITLES / APPFOR DUP / PARTS ONLY are not exportable documents, there will be additional $450charges.
• MV907 / MV51 / LIEN HOLD / TITLE PENDING, Noor Marine Cargo will not be responsible for any kind of delays regarding US customs clearance.
• For Hybrid vehicles $350 additional charges, plus extra charges for issuing delivery order (DO), charges may vary for different shipping lines.
• Broker auctions account charges are $75 per vehicle purchased.
• Rates will be charged as per export date of the container. 
• Noor Marine Cargo will not be responsible for any vessel delay.
• Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is in accordance to the schedule of the shipping line, Noor Marine Cargo has no power in changing the ETA and Bare no Responsibilities in case of shipment delay.
• For SUV Big Cars Extra charges $ 100 and for Offsite and Sublot Location $75 or More depend on distance covered.
• Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) is in accordance to the schedule of the shipping line, Noor Marine Cargo has no power in changing the ETA and Bare no Responsibilities in case of shipment delay.
• $25 FedEx Charges will be applied each Titles if NMC provide service on sending titles through FedEx.
• Avoid purchasing vehicles from Honolulu.
• If a customer purchases inoperable vehicles through Manheim or ADESA, additional towing charges will apply based on the location.
